LetsTalk.com, recently implemented a custom Bubble Guru
solution within their cell phone shopping application, and see what kind of a difference it would make, they decided to conduct a
straightforward A/B test for a period of one month to see how well Bubble Guru would effect their conversion rates.
With over 100,000 unique visitors to their cell phone shopping application each day, the one month test provided conclusive proof
as to the effectiveness of using the Bubble Guru solution within an e-commerce strategy.
About The Test
Using sophisticated tracking software to conduct and measure visitor interaction, half of all LetsTalk.com site visitors were provided
an original version of their cell phone shopping application without the Bubble Guru solution (
fig. A).
The other half were provided a version which featured Bubble Guru messages designed to support and guide visitors through the
entire cell phone shopping application (
fig. B).
Results
After one month of testing, results revealed the Bubble Guru version closed 5% more sales then the original
version, thus creating a huge difference to LetsTalk's bottom line margins.
The Bubble Guru solution closed significantly more sales in the same time period then the one without.
Starting out, we knew Bubble Guru would make a difference, however, even we were surprised by
just how much of a difference their solution actually made to our bottom line.
Moving forward, we are extremely eager to explore using the Bubble Guru solution elsewhere on our site especially given its
flexibility and ease of integration.
