Yes you can, as this is a setting you apply during your creation process.

For simplicity (the default setting) Bubble Guru video messages auto-launch when your webpage loads, however, if you choose it not have it do that and instead want your users to click on a image or link within your webpage that launches it, you can set this option during your creation process. This new service requires you to convert your videos to the Flash file format first, but don't worry, it's easy to do and we have included instruction steps for you. If you've forgotten or lost your passord, you can Click Here to create a new one. Yes you can, however, during our Beta phase, each account will be limited to only one Bubble Guru video message. Once our service officially releases, we will have tiered plans that will allow you to create as many Bubble Guru video messages as you need. There's no getting around it, loading any kind of video with a dial-up connection is a poor user experience, so Bubble Guru uses a special "behind-the-scenes" bandwidth sniffer that automatically checks to see if you have the minimum bandwidth requirements to play a Bubble Guru message. If not, it simply doesn't load the Bubble Guru video message. Bubble Guru messages are designed to hover above all your content on the page, however, in some cases, it may have difficulty hovering above other Flash animations on your site.

There are a number of reasons that can cause this to happen, however if it does, please refer to our troubleshooting guide, Conflicting with other Flash files for assistance. In order to view a Bubble Guru on your webpage, your users need to have a modern web browser (IE, Safari, Firefox, Opera) and the Flash 7 (or above) plug-in installed on their computer.

According to Adobe, about 95% of users have the Flash 7 (or above) plug-in installed on their computer. If they don't, Bubble Guru video messages simply will not load. We offer a couple of options for to control the number of times your Bubble Guru gets played per visitor.

To have multiple Bubble Guru messages on one page, place the following JavaScript into each of the links you want to use as launcher buttons: Please note, "accountID" is your specific account ID, and the "#" is the specific video ID for the video message you wish to play.

One way to get the specific video ID for each of your video messages is to simply click on the "Name" of each respective video message within your "Bubble Guru Management Area". You will then see it revealed in the address field at the top of your browser.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have a direct system in place for upgrading existing Bubble Guru accounts. So, if you wish to upgrade your current account, you should first cancel your existing account through your PayPal account, and then create a new account using the same username.

If you currently have video messages you would like to transfer to your new account, just let us know you are going to perform an upgrade, and we'll take care of moving your video messages in our system.

All Bubble Guru subscriptions are handled by PayPal, so to cancel your subscription, sign-into the PayPal account originally used to create your account and cancel it there.
