Support: Video doesn't appear
Bubble Guru video settings should set-up automatically,
however, if you run into a problem, here's what to do.

(1) If you don't see video in the bubble, you should click on the Orange button in the center of the bubble, which will bring up the Flash settings dialog window.


(2) The Flash settings dialog window will have a dropdown list of all the available camera drivers your computer has. You should select the first one on the list and then click the Close button.

If you still don't see video in the bubble, repeat this selection process until you find the one that works. Once you find the one that works, your settings will be saved.


(3) Once you see video in the bubble, you can begin to record a message. You do this by clicking on the Click to Record button. When you are done recording your message, you click on the Stop button.
