(1) After you sign-in to your account you will find yourself in the main management area. Click on the orange Create a Bubble Guru button.
(2) Provide a name and description for your Bubble Guru, then click on the orange Continue button.
The next screen you are taken to is the where you actually record your video message.
(3) The recording application should connect automatically, if you are prompted, click on the Allow button to initiate the recorder application.
(4) At this point, our recorder application should have connected automatically to your webcam and you should see video
in the bubble. If you don't, please click here.
(4a) If you don't see video in the bubble, you should click on the
Orange button in the center of the bubble, which
will bring up the Flash settings dialog window.
(4b) The Flash settings dialog window will have a dropdown list of all the available camera drivers your computer has. You
should select the first one on the list and then click the
Close button.
If you still don't see video in the bubble, repeat this selection
process until you find the one that works. Once you find the one that works, your settings will be saved.
(5) Once you see video in the bubble, you can begin to record a message. You do this by clicking on the
Click to Record button. When you
are done recording your message, you click on the
Stop button.
(6) After you click on the
Stop button, your video will immediately play back in the same area and then ask
you if you are satisfied with the video recording. If you're happy with your video, you can click on the
Use it button. Otherwise, click on the
Try Another button to record another message. If you don't hear
any audio, please
click here.
(6a) If your video plays back without audio, you should click on the orange
No Sound button in the top right area near the bubble, which
will lead you to launching the Flash audio settings dialog window.
(6b) The Flash audio settings dialog window will have a dropdown list of all the available mircrophone drivers for your computer. You
should select the first one on the list and then click the
Close button and then try to record another video.
If your video again plays back without audio, repeat this selection process until you find the audio driver that works for your camera. Once you
find the one that works, your settings will be saved.
Once you are happy with your video, you click on the
Use it button which will bring you to this next page that lets you set
play back options for your Bubble Guru.
(7) Set your Bubble Guru options, and then click on the orange
Set Options and Continue button.
The next screen is where you grab your Tags to place into your HTML source.
(8) Copy and paste the Bubble Guru tags into your HTML source. For specific instructions on this step,
